Welcome to the family
La Vernia became home in 2010.
After Jim and Michelle Cummings served in the United States Air Force for more than 24 years, they settled in La Vernia with their three daughters. Their family grew alongside their connection to the community.
The dream was to create somewhere substantial enough for life’s biggest occasions, yet intimate enough that every person would feel welcomed. Grandview brings that idea to life through a country setting, thoughtful spaces, and hands-on hospitality.
